Background
Wolt is a Finnish technology company and until recently, we’ve been best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favorite meals from our restaurant partners, and either pick their food up or have it delivered by our courier partners.
However, food delivery was just the start. We don’t want to just satisfy our customers’ hunger, but to deliver a wide variety of products and expand our platform to some cool retail shops, supermarkets, flowers, toys and other exciting products, all referred to as Retail.
What you'll be doing
As a Retail Associate you will be providing the tools and support for our partners to make sure they thrive on our platform while improving operational aspects. With this in mind, you need to be super passionate about account management, but also able to adapt and change your tone and approach depending on the type of partner you’re working with.
The Retail Associate (ReA) main focus is to assist our retail partners maximize their opportunity for success, while taking an active role in onboarding new partners, implementing the Wolt app & Service and offering general day-to-day support to our partners.
The Retail Development Associate role is 100% position.
What you'll be doing
Act as the main point of contact for our retail partners.
Proactively supporting Wolt’s retail partners in order to improve their performance.
Onboarding venues on Wolt’s platform, includes contracts, photography, price list, translation and iPad training.
Ensuring retail partner price lists on the platform is up to date and fully available.
Handling retail support tickets to insure the optimal user experience.
Assisting in marketing campaigns for retail partners.
Assisting retail business managers in any additional tasks related to working with restaurant partners.
Qualifications
- Experience from within the Retail industry is a plus
- Data oriented and proficient in Excel
- Technical ability and logical thinking with an aesthetic sense
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt the tone to suit the audience
- Structured, detailed and service-oriented
- Self-starter with a passion for establishing a new vertical within the company.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering,or other related field.
