About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
We're looking for a Junior Field Operations Associate who thrives in a dynamic, independent, and hands-on environment. This role is field-based, with four days a week visiting retail partners to provide operational support and training. You’ll help ensure that daily operations—from inventory handling to app usage—run smoothly.
This is not a tech or office role. It’s ideal for someone with experience in fieldwork, customer service, training, or operations, who enjoys being on the move and solving problems solo. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a high level of accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
What you'll be doing
-
Visit 2 partner locations per day (4 days/week) to support and train on operational processes.
-
Train retail staff on how to use Wolt’s merchant apps for order and inventory management.
-
Help with order picking and stock organization to reduce errors and ensure availability.
-
Monitor and report on performance metrics like missing items and order accuracy.
-
Identify issues in-store and communicate them clearly to the relevant teams.
-
Support regular cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
-
Work mostly independently, with one office day per week.
Our humble expectations
-
1–3 years of experience in fieldwork, customer service, training, retail, or logistics.
-
Highly independent and self-motivated—you’ll often be working solo.
-
Comfortable using mobile apps and basic software tools.
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-
Physically able to lift and organize stock when needed.
-
Full-time availability for 6 months. Flexibility in hours is possible.
