Wolt is a Finnish tech company known for its food delivery platform, operating in 28 countries and 200+ cities. In Israel, Wolt is one of the fastest-growing services with an expanding portfolio of operational verticals.
We’re now looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team and help launch and scale a new business vertical in Israel. This is a high-impact role working closely with senior leadership to shape and execute key initiatives that drive growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the vertical lead to translate business goals into actionable workstreams, prioritize initiatives, and ensure strategic alignment with Wolt’s objectives.
- Operational Design & Optimization: Develop and improve scalable processes to support sales, onboarding, and account management. Remove operational bottlenecks and enable long-term growth.
- Analytics & Insights: Lead performance monitoring by owning dashboards and reporting. Analyze key trends and deliver insights to improve customer experience, sales, and retention.
- Commercial & Business Support: Provide analytical support and recommendations to guide decisions on pricing, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
- Go-to-Market Enablement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support segmentation, campaign planning, and go-to-market execution.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate with Product, Legal, Finance, and other local and global teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
You’ll lead cross-functional projects, develop scalable processes, and turn strategy into execution through data and insights.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Translate business goals into actionable plans and priorities
- Design and optimize sales, onboarding, and account management processes
- Own dashboards and performance tracking to drive insights
- Support pricing, partnerships, and new business decisions
- Collaborate on go-to-market planning and execution
- Work with teams across Product, Legal, Finance, and more
Our humble expectations

About You
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, venture capital, or other analytical roles in the tech or high-growth space.
- A bachelor’s degree in statistics, analytics, economics, data science or a related discipline is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – able to independently dig into data, build dashboards, and extract insights.
- Strong project management capabilities – organized, reliable, and experienced in leading cross-functional workstreams.
- A business-first mindset – comfortable supporting negotiations, managing trade-offs, and contributing to P&L thinking.
- Excellent communicator, confident working across teams, functions, and cultures.
- Experience working with BI tools (e.g., Looker), SQL, and/or product or operational platforms is required.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
- Experience in shaping and executing go-to-market strategies is highly valued.
