About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
We’re looking for a data-driven Operations Specialist to join our Regional Operations team and support courier supply activation across nine Northern European markets. This role sits at the intersection of data, process execution, and stakeholder collaboration, and will be essential to ensuring we activate and engage courier partners in the most effective way possible.
The core focus of this role is to optimize the early courier lifecycle, ensuring that couriers transition from onboarding to activation smoothly and that we maintain strong supply levels across our cities. You’ll be expected to dig deep into the data, identify drop-offs, test solutions, and iterate quickly—owning well-defined initiatives that ladder up to regional goals.
What you’ll be doing 🚀
- Own and optimize the courier early lifecycle journey, from onboarding to activation, using data to identify friction points and improve conversion.
- Design and execute tailored activation playbooks for regional markets based on historical data, courier behavior, and operational context.
- Build dashboards and monitor KPIs (e.g., activation rates, ramp-up time, time-to-first-task) to uncover insights and guide decision-making.
- Conduct exploratory analysis to test hypotheses, identify leading indicators, and support prioritization of activation initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with local onboarding and supply teams to ensure seamless transitions and reduce churn in early lifecycle stages.
- Execute and iterate on regional supply activation initiatives, adjusting approaches quickly based on data and local feedback.
- Continuously improve SOPs to make our activation framework more scalable, efficient, and effective across all markets.
What We’re Looking For 💡
Must-Haves
- 2+ years’ experience in operations, business analysis, sales/revenue/marketing ops, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Looker, Google Sheets/Excel, and ideally basic SQL.
- Ability to build dashboards and analyze performance metrics to guide execution.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to break down problems and decide on the main priorities to follow with a structured approach.
- “Get your hands dirty” mindset and effective project executor — you lead by example, follow through, hit deadlines, and iterate quickly based on new inputs. Always having a team player attitude and closely collaborating with a team across different countries.
- Clear communicator with good English skills who can collaborate cross-functionally and influence decisions without authority.
- Strong ownership mindset—proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with lifecycle funnels, engagement and incentive / activation strategies or onboarding processes.
- Background in supply operations, marketing ops, or revenue ops with a strong process improvement mindset.
- Previous experience working in a multi-country or regional environment.
