As a Training & Quality Development Specialist for our German-speaking support team, you will play a key role in shaping the onboarding experience for new team members and driving continuous improvement in support quality. By combining training expertise with a quality-driven mindset, you will help build a strong foundation for our Support Associates while ensuring excellence across support interactions.
What you’ll be doing
Onboarding & Training Development:
Deliver engaging onboarding programs for new Support Associates, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
Use onboarding evaluation feedback to identify improvement areas and adapt training processes accordingly.
Quality Assurance & Development:
Conduct audits of support interactions to assess compliance with quality standards and identify trends.
Aggregate and analyze quality data to provide actionable insights for improving performance.

Fluent in English and C2-level of German.
