Role background

We need a Retail Specialist to support the onboarding and training of new retail partners and ensuring the best possible partnership. As a Retail Specialist you will act as a key communicator between our operations team and retail partners in order to ensure optimal success. 

What you'll be doing

• Driving and managing Month over Month sales growth of entrusted venues and improving venue performance by measuring critical KPIs, strong analysis and frequent quality and satisfaction checks.
• Working with the partner to improve overall sales and conversion rates by sharing tools and best practices to help ensure the partner’s success.
• Creating selections and ensuring retail partner selections on the platform are accurate.
• Helping out with marketing campaigns for retail partners.
• Assisting the rest of the Retail team in any additional tasks related to working with retail partners.
• Getting feedback from our partners and translating it into product, marketing and operations improvement
• Key communicator between our operations and Retail partners.

• Experience or strong interest in analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel (Data tables, CSV, Pivot & Powerpivot, Macros)
• Excellent interpersonal skills - you will be working with a lot of different people.
• Experience within account management, customer support or administration.
• Structured, detailed and service-oriented.
• Self-starter and a passion for food.
• Serbian native & able to work in English.
• You are highly motivated and super enthusiastic!
