Job Description:
We are seeking a Country Lead for Revenue Operations who will drive strategic initiatives to maximize merchant revenue streams and profitability.
In this role, you will fully own the Revenue topic and be responsible for the team developing and executing a) merchant commission strategy, b)merchant funded promotional campaigns and c) our Ads product adoption; all aimed at driving revenue growth and profitability while delivering world class merchant and customer experience. Additionally, you will manage budget allocation, monitor performance metrics, and cultivate partnerships with cross functional teams to expand reach and ensure success.
You will be responsible for a mid-sized team, and will report to our Commercial Director.

Analyze and understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify innovative strategies
You deliver bar-raising resultsEnsure adoption and growth of promotional campaigns and advertisements to boost customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
Own the budgeting, planning process for commissions, promotional activities and Ads maximize ROI
Relentlessly test new ideas, learn and scale initiatives
Establish and maintain partnerships to expand promotional reach

Apply deliberate development efforts and support them to succeed and grow

Strategic thinker with effective communication, cooperation, and collaboration abilities
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, experience managing teams preferred
Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset
Proven experience in revenue operations, marketing, or related commercial roles
Experience with planning and coordinating profitability/revenue growth initiatives
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluent/professional English; German B1 level preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
