As an Ads & Promotions Specialist in Cyprus, you’ll play a key role in executing, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns for our partners. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Development Managers and Account Managers to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and deliver strong results. This is a great opportunity for someone with a data-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital advertising.

What you’ll be doing

  • Campaign Management – Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various channels to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Data & Insights – Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and broader strategies.
  • Process Improvement – Proactively seek opportunities to streamline operations and improve campaign management workflows.
  • Client Support – Assist with client meetings, reporting, and sales enablement activities.
  • Localization – Adapt sales materials from English to Greek for the local market.
  • Team Contribution – Foster a positive, collaborative environment by sharing ideas and best practices.

Our humble expectations

  • Experience – 1–2 years in Account Management, Operations, or Business Analyst roles; exposure to marketing, account management, or sales is a plus.
  • Advertising Knowledge – Solid understanding of digital advertising principles and best practices.
  • Analytical Skills – Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Communication – Strong interpersonal and business communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Mindset – Proactive, results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
  • Languages – Fluency in Greek and English.
