About the Team
At DoorDash, we’re building the future of retail media by transforming how retailers and brands connect across the open web. As we expand globally, we’re looking for a strategic, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused leader to drive growth across both the retailer and advertiser sides of our business in EMEA.
About the Role
As the EMEA Lead, DoorDash Offsite, you’ll be responsible for building and leading our EMEA operations, working cross-functionally with product, sales, and retail partnerships to scale our footprint across the region. You’ll manage relationships with top-tier retailers and advertisers, shape regional strategy, and ensure DoorDash becomes the premier offsite media solution for commerce across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
This role requires a deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels. You’ll be equally comfortable pitching a retail partnership, crafting a media plan with an advertiser, and driving internal alignment to execute on ambitious growth goals.

- Own the growth and success of the EMEA region, with responsibility for retailer adoption, advertiser revenue, and market expansion
- Lead strategic partnerships with EMEA retailers, influencing their offsite media monetization strategy and enabling integration into the DoorDash platform
- Drive advertiser success, developing go-to-market strategies and partnering with key advertisers and agencies to unlock revenue across the region
- Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and engineering teams to localize platform capabilities and build market-ready solutions
- Represent DoorDash in the market, evangelizing our offsite offering and positioning us as a category leader at industry events and forums
