About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is a Finnish technology company and until recently, we’ve been best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favorite meals from our restaurant partners, and either pick their food up or have it delivered by our courier partners.
However, food delivery was just the start. We don’t want to just satisfy our customers’ hunger but to deliver a wide variety of products and expand our platform to some cool retail shops, supermarkets, flowers, toys and other exciting products, all referred to as Retail. And now we’re looking for an Imaging Operations Associate.
Imaging plays an important role in our merchant onboarding journey and overall partner experience. In Norway, we’ve already built a strong foundation — with clear processes, strong cross-team collaboration, and results we’re proud of.
As the business grows, we want to make sure that we maintain that quality and efficiency. This role is designed to support the daily work around imaging – including communication with partners, coordination of photo sessions, data input, and collaboration with local teams.
This is an entry-level support role. It does not own KPIs or strategy — those are owned by the Imaging Manager, who represents both Norway and Iceland and is responsible for process, reporting and outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate and follow up on photo shoots
- Ensure timely delivery and basic image quality
- Educate partners on the importance of good photography
- Understand current imaging processes before suggesting improvements
- Outline best practices for choosing between merchant-supplied and professionally created visuals.
- Help improve internal documentation and partner communication
- Collaborate with sales, onboarding, and support teams
- Assist with vendor follow-up and escalate issues if needed
Our humble expectations
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in both Norwegian and English
- Has strong customer service skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Is proactive and organized, but also knows when to ask questions or check in before moving forward
- Is interested in tools and workflows, and how to make them easier for others
- Understands the basics of cost and time management
- Experience working with external partners or clients (e.g. onboarding, support, sales assistant)
- Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, GAS, or similar
- Self-starter with proactive mindset
- Basic understanding of operational processes and cost awareness
