We are looking for a dynamic Operations Specialist to join our Operations Team with a focus on driving strategic projects and delivering impactful insights. This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and stakeholder engagement, requiring a sharp communicator who can confidently lead cross-functional initiatives and translate complex data into clear, actionable outcomes.
You’ll be expected to manage high-visibility projects, collaborate closely with various stakeholders, and ensure that data-driven decisions are communicated effectively and professionally. Your ability to make data understandable and drive outcomes from insights is critical for success in this position.
What you’ll be doing
- Project Leadership: Own and lead operations-related projects from initiation through execution, ensuring timelines, scope, and objectives are met.
- Data Interpretation: Analyze operational data and performance metrics, interpret findings, and translate them into clear recommendations for improvement.
- BI Tools Expertise: Use tools like Looker, Power BI, or SQL to create compelling dashboards and reports that support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders at multiple levels, acting as a liaison to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Presenting Insights: Clearly and effectively present analysis, updates, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences including leadership.
- Strategic Support: Contribute to operational strategy development through structured problem-solving and evidence-based insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to optimize operations and streamline communication and reporting processes.

Must-Haves:
- Exceptional communication skills – confident, concise, and clear in both written and verbal formats.
- Strong presentation abilities – comfortable speaking in front of stakeholders and leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, with a proven ability to lead initiatives independently.
- Skilled in using Looker, Power BI, or Tableau to derive and communicate insights.
- A solid understanding of how to interpret operational data and drive business outcomes.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Nice-to-Have:
- Background in operations, strategy, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Familiarity with basic SQL or Excel for ad hoc data analysis.
- Experience in cross-functional environments with exposure to executive-level stakeholders.
