What you’ll be doing
As a Quality Development Lead, you’ll manage QA efforts and teams in your assigned markets, ensuring quality standards are met and continuously improved. Using data and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll drive initiatives that enhance both team performance and the customer experience.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Lead QA Teams: Manage regional QA teams, oversee resourcing, performance, and administrative needs.
- Ensure Quality & Consistency: Align local QA efforts with global standards, ensuring consistent grading and feedback.
- Drive Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to QA workflows and overall performance.
- Use Data Strategically: Analyze audit data and KPIs to uncover insights, support root cause analysis, and improve CSAT.
- Enable Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Support Ops, Training, and global QA teams to drive aligned quality initiatives.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You are able to work closely with Support Operations, global QA, and other teams to align on shared quality objectives.
- Clear Communication: You are able to present quality findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable way to support decision-making and improvement.
- Ownership & Improvement: You take full accountability for QA outcomes and proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analytical Thinking: You are able to analyze complex quality data and translate it into meaningful insights that enhance strategy and team performance.
