Our local commerce platform makes it easy for customers to order whatever they need on one app, for merchants to make additional sales, and for couriers to make meaningful earnings flexibly. Role background
As an Operations Lead in Supply Optimization, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, streamlining processes and optimizing headcount allocation across multiple markets. You will act as a PMO lead, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively while integrating internal tools and automation to enhance performance.
This role requires strong analytical skills, process optimization expertise and cross-functional stakeholder management at both a regional and global level. You will work closely with local teams, central operations and tech teams to implement best practices, improve workflows and drive scalable solutions for the regional delivery operations function.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee strategic projects within supply optimization, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
- Identify and streamline processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Analyze team structures, workload distribution and automation opportunities to ensure headcount efficiency.
- Drive standardization of processes to improve overall productivity.
- Collaborate with product, engineering and data teams to integrate internal tools that enhance supply operations.
- Work on GSuite (Google Sheets, Apps Script) solutions to automate and improve reporting and decision-making processes.
- Support the development of dashboards, tracking systems and forecasting models.
- Serve as a key liaison between regional and global teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize supply-side strategies across different markets.
