The Hungarian Wolt was founded in 2018 and now we are in more than 100 cities, working with more than 6000 restaurant and retail partners around the country. Our mission is to make cities better by empowering and growing local communities. To do so, we want to make the busy lives of our customers a bit easier, offer local stores and restaurants additional sales and visibility and offer flexible earning opportunities for courier partners.
In the Merchant Development team, while some managers are looking after their own merchant portfolio and some other team members are responsible for certain areas. Now we are searching for a manager to enhance the popularity and widespread adoption of our loyalty programs, to work on projects such as sustainability, CSR and to assist in the implementation of new product developments.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analyze and evaluate the existing loyalty program (Wolt+) to increase its effectiveness
- Develop new ideas and help to execute strategies to boost program popularity and membership (mainly merchant-focused but assisting the marketing team as well regarding user adoption)
- Prepare regular reports for management on program performance and suggested improvements
- Work on the implementation of company-wide sustainability efforts with the global sustainability team
- Assist the general management in CSR activities
- Build strong client relationships, through regular communication with merchants and key accounts (via e-mail, phone call or personal meetings)
- Assist the Merchant team with other projects, especially regarding product launches
Our humble expectations:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a professional environment
- Great analytical skills and Excel knowledge.
- Interpersonal skills as you will be working with a lot of different people
- Being tech-savvy and a quick learner.
- Experience in administration.
- Fluent in Hungarian and good communicator in English.
