Wolt Drive is Wolt’s delivery-as-a-service business — enabling merchants to offer Wolt-grade delivery experiences directly from their own online channels. We help merchants across retail, restaurant, and new verticals grow their 1P sales through fast, reliable deliveries. As part of Wolt’s Commerce Platform, Wolt Drive connects logistics, product, and commercial capabilities to build the operating system for merchants.

What you’ll be doing
This role ensures Wolt delivers consistent, high-quality experiences for merchants and their customers — protecting our merchants’ reputation through reliable and fast deliveries, and ensuring that they get high-quality support for their issues. You’ll define how we measure, manage, and improve quality across markets, helping Wolt Drive be the trusted partner for merchants who rely on us to represent their brand.
You’ll work across operations, product, analytics, and local country teams to build scalable mechanisms that raise the bar on quality, showing measurable impact in quality metrics and business outcomes. A big part of your work will be to quantify and navigate the cost–quality trade-offs, ensuring that we make right investment decisions to improve customer experience.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Own and develop Drive’s global quality framework — define how we measure and improve operational excellence and merchant satisfaction.
- Work with local & regional teams and our biggest partners to identify root causes of quality issues and implement improvements to merchant- and end-customer experience, acting as the link between global and local teams to ensure alignment and consistent execution.
- Build scalable mechanisms: playbooks, processes, and standards to ensure consistent delivery and support quality.
- Drive prioritization of quality initiatives based on measurable business outcomes and cost–quality trade-offs.
- Expand new delivery models (e.g., cold chain, same-day retail) by embedding quality and customer-first principles together with scalable unit economics pathways from day one.
Our humble expectations
- 6+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or general management, ideally in tech, logistics, or e-commerce.
- Proven track record improving operations quality through data-driven, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills — comfortable connecting quality metrics to operational and financial results, cutting through complexity while justifying recommendations with highest analytical rigor
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams and seniority levels, in order to crystalize complex, multifaceted topics into clear insights that drive action
- Experience from management consulting or similar environments as well as operational or commercial execution.
- Familiarity with retail, restaurant, or delivery operations is a plus.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
