What you’ll be doing
As Merchant Onboarding Associate you will manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for restaurant and retail partners, ensuring they are set up for long-term success on the Wolt platform. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, oversee compliance and content setup, and deliver a smooth onboarding experience while maintaining Wolt’s high standards.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Manage the onboarding process for new restaurant and retail merchants;
- Create and maintain merchant venue pages, including menu setup, product photos, translations, and updates, in line with Wolt’s brand standards;
- Ensure merchants receive Wolt-grade service throughout onboarding by monitoring progress, addressing needs, and maintaining supportive communication;
- Support post-activation success by sharing insights, best practices, and aligning merchants with Wolt’s service standards
- Oversee administrative systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and updated databases;
Our humble expectations
- Fluent in local language and English;
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn and adapt to new tools;
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets is a strong advantage;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Structured and service-oriented mindset;
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and motivation to improve processes continuously;
