HOW WE DO IT IN SALES

1st Step: The Recruiter Screen

Well done! If you are scrolling through this page that means that you've aced the initial round of interviews with one of our TA Partners! 🚀

But just to briefly explain our first step, after thoroughly evaluating your resume and cover letter, we considered if the information provided matches the main requirements for the position such as language, specific skills, relevant experience, and in some cases, the industry.

As your profile matches what we are looking for, you have received an invitation to a 30-minute call with our Talent Acquisition Partner, who has dived into your experience and given you an introduction to Wolt.

2nd Step (you are here!): Hiring Manager Call

Your potential manager is super excited to meet you and learn more about your incredible experience! 

So during this interview, you will have the opportunity to talk with your potential manager about your background in sales and explore your motivation for a career in that field.

The Manager will also engage you with competency-based questions to better understand your skills and experiences, and will thoroughly discuss the specifics of the position to ensure a comprehensive understanding. In the end, we will leave some time to answer any questions that you might have. 

Typically, this call is scheduled to last between 45 to 60 minutes.

3rd Step: The Role Play

Almost there – one more juicy stage to conquer: real-life challenge awaits! During the Role-Play test, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your sales acumen and problem-solving abilities, helping us understand how you handle real-world situations. Not only will it allow us to evaluate your skills comprehensively, but it will also offer you a clearer understanding of the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in your potential role with us.

Also, this step will allow you to get a sneak peek into our work environment and what to expect in your future role. The interview is scheduled to last between 60 to 90 minutes.

Compensation & Benefits

The compensation of a Sales Manager in Germany is made up of three elements:

Base salary + Bonus + Equity
