We are looking for an Onboarding Team Lead to manage all new Support Associates onboarding processes in Haifa/ Jerusalem. The role is important in the site's management structure and within the Learning and Development teams.
The position requires a hands-on approach, project management skills, and a good understanding and experience of organizational training methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the training process for new Associates, including managing the Onboarding Trainer team.
- Guiding and supporting new Associates from the moment they join the company until they transition to independent work in the support team.
- Overseeing, monitoring, and optimizing the training process.
- Utilizing strong management, coaching, and team motivation skills.
- Applying a deep understanding of the company's operational and service processes.

- At least 1 year of experience in organizational training departments.
- At least 1 year of experience in managing support teams- call center is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
