We are looking for a Consumer Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Germany Consumer team.This role will focus on driving key consumer initiatives — including Rewards, Wolt+, and Customer Experience — as well as other high-impact strategic projects that shape Wolt’s consumer journey. You’ll blend analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong bias for action to enhance affordability, deepen engagement, and elevate customer satisfaction.
This is a high-visibility role, reporting directly to the Head of Consumer, Germany, and is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution.
What you’ll be doing
Drive Wolt’s Affordable Lunch strategy and lead high-impact consumer initiatives that enhance growth, engagement, and affordability. Collaborate cross-functionally to turn data-driven insights into scalable actions, and support the Head of Consumer, Germany in shaping strategy, tracking performance, and executing key priorities.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Lead Consumer Project Strategies:
Drive initiatives that strengthen Wolt’s consumer value proposition — from Rewards and pricing strategies to selection optimization, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements. - Identify and Drive High-Impact Projects:
Launch and manage small-to-medium strategic projects that deliver outsized impact on consumer growth, engagement, or retention (e.g., promotions, product experiments, or local campaigns). - Analyze Consumer Insights & Performance:
Use data to understand customer behavior, identify opportunities, and track the success of initiatives across key metrics such as order frequency, retention, and affordability perception. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with teams across Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Analytics to translate insights into scalable actions. - Strategic Support to Leadership:
Provide analytical and operational support to the Head of Consumer for Germany in defining priorities, running business reviews, and preparing presentations for leadership.
Our humble expectations
- 4–6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or business analysis (ideally within consumer tech, food delivery, or e-commerce).
- Experience in monetization and gamification is a strong plus, as you’ll help shape how customers engage with and find value in Wolt every day.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL or data visualization tools a plus).
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end — from ideation and stakeholder alignment to execution and performance tracking.
- A balance of strategic thinking and a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English (German a strong plus).
- Passion for improving customer experiences and driving measurable business impact.
