We are looking for a results driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.
This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment. You will be responsible for identifying, building long-term relationships and helping our partners grow their business through our platform.
What you'll be doing
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets;
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential partners in assigned territories;
- Develop deep market knowledge across retail verticals (pharmacies, health & beauty, electronics, flowers, toys, and more), and identify key “must-have” partners for Wolt;
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision makers, both internally and externally;
- Manage the full sales process, from first contact to signed contract, including technical, legal, and financial aspects;
- Drive continuous business development by identifying innovative solutions that create value for both Wolt and our partners;
Our humble expectations
- Solid experience in B2B sales; experience in retail is a plus;
- A natural “hunter” with a proven track record of signing complex deals and building portfolios from scratch;
- Motivated by targets and results, but also a strong team player;
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset;
- Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and report on sales KPIs;
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English;
- Valid driver`s license;
