As a Restaurant Development Specialist, you’ll be part of our Restaurants team, focusing on the Arab community across Israel. You’ll manage and grow relationships with key restaurant partners, helping them succeed on Wolt while driving business growth and expansion in this important market.

What you’ll be doing

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of restaurant partners, driving performance and sales.
  • Monitor and improve operational KPIs for restaurants in your portfolio.
  • Be the go-to person for restaurant-related strategies in the Arab community.
  • Actively drive sales growth by leveraging Wolt’s promotional tools.
  • Onboard and train new top-tier restaurant venues.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Analytics, and Marketing teams to solve partner needs.
  • Use data to support commercial and strategic discussions with restaurant partners.

Our humble expectations

  • 2–5 years of experience in key account management or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the restaurant industry, including trends and challenges.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholders.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for business growth.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Passion for developing and scaling restaurant partnerships in Israel.
  • BA in Business Management – an advantage.
  • Fluent in Arabic, Hebrew, and English – required.
