About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.

🛍 About the Operations Team
Operations is the foundation that keeps Wolt’s experience running smoothly. We design and improve the end‑to‑end journey—from courier partner acquisition, onboarding, and support, all the way to delivery reaching the user. Through ongoing refinements to our earnings/compensation models, we balance partner motivation with delivery quality, while optimizing costs and adjusting supply‑demand city by city—fast.
Our scope ranges from handling daily inquiries to improving our chatbot and Help Center, and driving internal and external projects toward standardization. We work closely with HQ and global teams, making data‑driven decisions and implementing improvements quickly.
What we actually do
- Design and improve the flow from courier acquisition → onboarding → first delivery
- Analyze and optimize channels and traffic sources
- Visualize and run PDCA on key metrics (e.g., applications, CVR, cost)
- Plan, drive, and systemize cross‑functional projects
- Improve and automate inquiry operations (chatbot / Help Center)
Team traits
- Lean team × high ownership: proposals go straight into build‑and‑learn cycles
- Diverse backgrounds: multinational members, alumni of large enterprises and startups, early members still on the team
- Role‑agnostic: we move on good ideas, regardless of title
- “If you raise your hand, you own it”: opportunities come fast to those who step up
🚲 About the Supply Team
Wolt’s value is ultimately made real by the people who deliver. The Supply Team owns the end‑to‑end flow from courier partner acquisition through onboarding to first delivery, building an optimal supply setup that adapts to demand. Depending on the city, season, and business phase, we flex our strategy and run multiple channels—B2B partner development, social ads, field activities, and referrals etc. After registration, we keep polishing the onboarding experience until FTD. It’s a dynamic team whose work directly moves the business.
