Wolt is known for delivering delicious food to customers – but we also support companies through Wolt for Work, our B2B platform that allows businesses to easily order meals and benefits for their teams. With the recent launch of Wolt Benefits, we're expanding how we help companies take care of their employees – from daily meals to thoughtful gifts.

We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Israel and play a key role in scaling our B2B offering. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership over strategic partnerships, drive long-term growth, and shape how Wolt supports the modern workplace.

What you’ll be doing

As a Wolt for Work Associate, You’ll be joining the launch Wolt Benefits. As part of this team, you’ll play a crucial role in building and scaling a solution that’s redefining how we serve our corporate partners.

This role focuses on managing a portfolio of corporate clients, from onboarding to long-term support, while driving excellent service and business growth.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Managing a portfolio of strategic corporate clients – leading complex negotiations, maintaining relationships at senior levels, and ensuring mutual success.
  • Leading onboarding and activation processes for large-scale clients, ensuring a smooth and high-impact launch.
  • Owning the full client lifecycle – from identifying opportunities and pitching solutions, to providing long-term strategic support.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, support, and operations to tailor solutions to client needs and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Analyzing account performance and market trends to identify areas for optimization and growth.
  • Initiating and leading scalable processes that support the broader Wolt for Work growth strategy.
  • Representing Wolt at industry events and client meetings, positioning us as a partner of choice in the B2B space.
  • Driving initiatives to improve client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth – including close collaboration with our internal Support and Operations teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality client experience at every touchpoint.

Our humble expectations

  • Background in account management, sales, business development, or partnerships with B2B partners– at least 5 years
  • Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and an understanding of business dynamics, especially in B2B or partnership settings.
  • Is fluent in internal Wolt tools, systems, and cross-team collaboration – and knows how to navigate challenges efficiently.
  • Brings strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Is data-driven and skilled at transforming insights into actionable business decisions.
  • Is an independent self-starter, able to prioritize, make decisions, and drive initiatives with ownership and accountability.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and enjoys building things from the ground up.
  • Is fluent in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
