Wolt is a Finnish technology company and until recently, we’ve been best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favorite meals from our restaurant partners, and either pick their food up or have it delivered by our courier partners. And now, we are looking for a Commercial Business Developer to join our new segment.
Storefront is our white-label online ordering solution, designed to help restaurants, e-commerce stores, and local retailers create seamless, branded ordering experiences that boost sales and digital presence.
As a Commercial Business Developer, you’ll be on the front lines of scaling Storefront: identifying new business opportunities, forging strong partner relationships, and collaborating across teams to ensure long-term success. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role — ideal for someone commercially sharp, organized, and passionate about technology and digital innovation.
What you’ll be doing
- Sales & Business Development: Lead the full sales cycle by identifying and acquiring new Wolt Storefront partners across industries, managing everything from outreach and pitching to closing and onboarding.
- Internal Enablement & Collaboration: Empower SMB Account Managers and Key Account Managers to effectively pitch, sell, and support Storefront by providing strategic guidance throughout onboarding and beyond.
- Account Management & Partner Growth: Own the success of existing accounts by analyzing performance, conducting regular check-ins, and driving continuous improvement in partner outcomes and satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and support teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize partner experience, and contribute to ongoing product and process enhancements.
Our humble expectations
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or logistics.
- A natural salesperson who enjoys building relationships and closing deals.
- Interest in last-mile delivery, logistics, or e-commerce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluency in Finnish & English.
