What you’ll be doing

  • Take ownership of validating and distributing new partner deals across the team, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
  • Conduct quality checks for newly launched venues to guarantee they meet Wolt’s high standards.
  • Manage gear inventory, making sure stock levels are sufficient and usage is accurately tracked.
  • Oversee relationships with freelancers, such as menu creators and photographers, to support onboarding needs.
  • Maintain and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the onboarding team.
  • Track and own key team KPIs, including New Live Venues, Time to Onboard (TTO), Weekly Throughput, Image Coverage, and F30D engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional and strategic projects in collaboration with both local and global teams.
  • Provide day-to-day management, performance oversight, and support for Associates and Specialists on your team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage gear inventory and ensure sufficient stock and usage accuracy
  • Oversee relationships with freelancers (menu creators, photographers)
  • Maintain and evolve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the onboarding team
  • Track and own team KPIs: New Live Venues, TTO (Time to Onboard), Weekly Throughput, Image Coverage, F30D engagement
  • Lead cross-functional and strategic projects from local and global teams
  • Provide performance oversight and day-to-day management of Associates and Specialists

Our humble expectations

  • 3+ years of professional experience, including people management
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
  • Strong technical orientation and structured thinking
  • Detail-oriented, service-driven, and able to work across multiple workflows
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
  • Fluent in Russian and Kazakh, with advanced English proficiency
  • Based in Almaty
