About the Role
Wolt is a Finnish technology company and until recently, we've been best known for our food delivery platform. However, food delivery was just the start. We don't want just to satisfy our customers' hunger, but to deliver a wide variety of products and expand our platform to some cool retail shops, supermarkets, flowers, toys, and other exciting products, all referred to as Retail.
In this position the individual will lead the team doing onboarding of our partners to the platform. The role contributes to growth and Wolt’s quality. The individual will lead by example and work both operational and administrative.
On a personal note, it goes without saying that you're a team player and willing to get your hands dirty as we build this new area of our business in Czechia! As time progresses and more Retail partners are onboarded, the targets and duties of the role may develop. This means that you must thrive in the 'start-up' environment where constant change means there's always lots to get your teeth into!
What you’ll be doing
Day-to-day in this role you’ll be:
- Using your analytical thinking to challenge, test, implement and evaluate the processes and tools in the team.
- Leading by example by systematically managing a pipeline of partners that need to be onboarded.
- Ensuring the success of your team by setting targets, sparring, coaching and ensuring everyone's well-being and growth.
- Spreading best practices and actively consulting and coaching the team.
- Recruiting new talented Account Associates into the team.
- Getting things done by doing whatever else is needed for the team to succeed.

- Have a self-starter mindset and willingness to contribute to hands-on activities in a flat organization
- Be able to collaborate and proactively communicate clearly both verbally and in written form, with various stakeholders in Czechia and globally
- Be able to make sound business decisions while basing decisions on data
- Fluent in Czech & English
- Most importantly, be part of the team! As a team, we do common things uncommonly well.
