We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Hardware Asset Management (Analyst) with a focus in device logistics to join our IT Asset Management team. As the IT Hardware Asset Management Analyst III, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing DoorDash + Wolt’s global hardware portfolio. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets, with a specific focus on supporting the logistics of employee onboarding and offboarding. This role ensures that hardware (laptops, monitors, peripherals, etc.) is efficiently provisioned, tracked, recovered, and maintained in alignment with organizational policies and service level expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, legal, and IT, to implement best practices in hardware lifecycle management and logistics

Based in Poland, this is a remote role with expected working hours from 1 PM to 9 PM (CET)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure all necessary equipment is shipped, installed, or assigned prior to start dates.
  • Maintain records of hardware assignment by user, location, and asset tag.
  • Manage the retrieval of hardware from departing employees in a timely and secure manner.
  • Work with HR and IT teams to ensure hardware collection aligns with offboarding workflows.
  • Coordinate with shipping vendors and couriers to ensure timely delivery and returns.
  • Work with procurement to manage hardware stock levels and reorder supplies as needed
  • Enforce IT asset management policies and procedures related to lifecycle management.
  • Ensure hardware handling meets company standards for security and data protection
  • Work with the Procurement, Accounts Payable and Finance teams to address any financial discrepancies
  • Assist team with customer tickets/requests as needed and various other ITAM related projects 

Our humble expectations

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in IT asset or logistics management.
  • Proficient in asset tracking tools and inventory systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JAMF, SCCM).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and end users.
  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Suite, JIRA or other related project management tools 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail oriented, problem solver & resourceful
