With our trusted delivery network and continuously growing list of restaurant and retail partners, we help companies treat their teams no matter where they work, host smoother office events, and save time along the way. We’re already active in 16 of Wolt’s 23 countries, and we have big plans to keep expanding.
What you’ll be doing
As an Account Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for our small and medium-sized business clients, helping them get started, stay supported, and grow with us.
Here’s what your day-to-day might include:
- Onboarding & training: Get new clients up to speed and confident using Wolt for Work.
- Customer communication: Handle inbound emails with speed and care - keeping support fast, friendly, and helpful.
- Account management: Run online meetings with clients, understand their needs, and keep things running smoothly.
- Credit & invoicing: Monitor account limits, suggest upgrades (like Wolt+), and follow up on overdue payments.
- Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with Support and Operations to solve issues, whether it’s delivery delays, credits, or platform hiccups.

Here’s what helps you shine:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A customer-first attitude and the ability to build rapport remotely
- Attention to detail, especially with accounts and finances
- Solid multitasking and time-management skills
- Fluency in English; Greek is a plus!
