Our Merchant Services team (Restaurant/Retail) is the heart and soul of Wolt. We ensure that we set all our (restaurant and retail) partners up for success by providing top tier services and supporting them around the clock. As Wolt grows in both size and scope of our offering, the strength of our Merchant Services Engine is growing with it.
As a member of the Merchant Services team, you will be mastering the core functions of Merchant Services, including building strong relationships with partners and ensuring a smooth client experience. Among others, you will be focusing on setting up effective communication channels with partners, maintaining high service standards, supporting partner growth based user data, assisting the crossfunctional teams with urgent tasks, and sharing best practices within the team.
What you’ll be doing
The day-to-day will evolve with the company’s continued growth, but in this role you are going to, among many other things:
- Answering partners’ inquiries and requests regarding their ongoing use of Wolt delivery services;
- Working together with our Support team in handling more complex partner support tickets;
- Managing our equipment enrollment, inventory and resolving tech-issues;
- Taking care of the administrative tasks related to changes on the partnership contracts;
- Leading ongoing improvements to restaurant menus and retail assortments on the platform;
- Supporting the merchant team in boosting sales and operational performance for merchant partners;
- Taking ownership of other projects in connection to merchant operations;
- Assisting the Merchant team with any additional ad-hoc tasks.

- Proactive ownership mentality - an independent thinker who can work with limited guidance, but through grit and determination can deliver a successful outcome;
- Excellent interpersonal skills - you will be working with a lot of different people, both internal and external;
- Be a team player - we operate as one team and we treat each other with respect, eager to offer a helping hand when needed;
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer support - it is considered a plus;
- Fluency in Serbian and English.
