We’re looking for our new Marketing Project Specialist who will be responsible for driving cross-functional marketing projects in Finland, solving market, brand and reputation challenges, amongst other things. The role will work closely with our Marketing Managers, other Marketing Specialists as well as our Comms team in Finland.
The ideal candidate will manage projects, coordinate and drive output with hands-on execution – mainly within the Content toolbox: Influencers, SoMe, content creation for various platforms, events and storytelling.
Cross-team alignment and collaboration is key for the role and stakeholders will vary from project to project, both inside and outside of marketing teams, and across all seniority levels. Therefore, collaboration skills and a team-first mindset are essential.
In addition to being responsible for creative execution, you’ll also need to be capable of taking ownership of campaign concepts and delivery independently, while understanding the value of teamwork and shared goals – everything we do aims to drive business growth together.
You’ll also play a central role in content creation across our own and earned channels, working with both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be expected to bring ideas to life, but also to manage and coordinate campaigns across multiple functions and teams.
Understanding how to leverage various media channels to reach different target groups is a strong plus. You’ll often work with our own channels, influencer collaborations, social media, and digital marketing – so hands-on knowledge of digital advertising is a definite advantage.
What you'll be doing
- Focus on country-relevant projects, including supporting with our Restaurant and New Vertical marketing, together with Marketing Managers, other Marketing Specialists or Comms
- Project management and practical support (execution) including but not limited to e.g. social media, user generated content, influencer events, multi-channel campaigns, partner activations
- Content series ideation to meet various target groups’ needs on social and digital channels (families, journalists, youngsters, etc.)
- Key event visibility on Wolt’s shared channels (Insta, TikTok). For example Slush or other high-visibility events within Finland borders, key projects etc.
- Reporting, analyzing and measuring efficiency of our activities and ensuring learnings are distributed among all stakeholders
- Drive and participate in ongoing forums/check-ins to ensure cross-team alignment and collaboration

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Self-starter who can independently own campaigns from start to finish, but thrives in a collaborative environment where team success comes first
- Storyteller with proven ability to create engaging content for different SoMe platforms and through Influencers
- Creative mindset with ability to both produce content and coordinate content execution across teams
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect creativity with efficient communication and decision-making
- Understanding of how different media channels are utilized to reach consumers, especially across own channels, influencers, social and digital advertising
- Stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration in a cross-functional setting
- Proficiency in event handling

- Passionate about data-driven marketing, brand building, partnerships and PR
