As a Merchant Photo Associate you will primarily be working with restaurant partners, and your role will be focused on closing a photo gap in the Wolt platform. You will act as a key communicator, coordinator, problem-solver and play a big role in obtaining higher photo coverage on the Wolt platform. This includes talking to merchant partners on the phone, at times planning photoshoots, as well as uploading photos to the platform. You will be coordinating and assisting establishment of operation excellence of the Wolt imaging partners. This includes imaging quality control, best practices sharing, alignment and operations adjustment.
Key responsibilities
- Training: Build and execute training materials for support staff members that use imaging tools and software. This group includes internal and external resources: students, operators, and local imaging specialists. Excellent communication and teaching skills will enable constructive feedback.
- Collaboration: Supporting local teams and Wolt partners to plan and execute imaging studies to improve tools / processes. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with others.
- Analyze data: Responsible for analyzing data from pilots to extract meaningful information. They should be proficient in lean processes and document creation.
- Solutions Specialist: Stays up-to-date with the latest relevant developments in the imaging field. This will happen through attending conferences, reading literature, and participating in continuing education programs to advance skills and knowledge.
- Style Guide Ownership: Ownership and creation of guidelines to enable audits / ensure compliance / adherence to Wolt guidelines and applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Image Acquisition: SME understanding the Image ingress process using various imaging solutions. They must ensure that the images are captured correctly, processed / edited and uploaded correctly.
- Image Editing and manipulation: Skilled in using simple image editing software to manipulate and possibly enhance images.
- Quality Control: Responsible for ensuring images meet required quality standards. They must perform regular quality checks to ensure that the images are Woltgrade.
- Accountability: Reaching out & convincing the partners to accept the photoshoot/upload more images
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and German
- Ability to work in a team
- Communicating with partners over email or phone
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent teaching skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Analytical skills and ability to extract meaningful information from data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure images meet required quality standards.
- Experience with simple Imaging software, processes and best practices.
- Curious about how things work and how to optimize partner and user experience, as well as internal workflows.
- Python/Coding experience is a plus, but not a must
