In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing the employment journey for our courier partners, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and an excellent experience throughout their Wolt journey.
As an Associate Operations Manager, Strategy & Innovation you will oversee key employment-related processes, manage courier performance, and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external employment partners, and couriers to ensure seamless communication, compliance, and engagement.
What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing the employment process for couriers, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience.
- Managing employment documentation and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Handling courier performance management, including feedback, training, and support to optimize operational efficiency.
- Coordinating with external employment service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless processes.
- Analyzing operational data and identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and engagement.
- Supporting the implementation of new initiatives related to employment, courier experience, and process automation.
- Handling escalations and resolving employment-related inquiries from couriers.
- Continuously improving operational workflows and identifying ways to optimize processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 5 years of working experience, with 2 years of leadership experience.
- Strong experience in operations, HR administration, or employment processes.
- Excellent communication skills in both Croatian and English (written & verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with a proactive approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and suggest improvements.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process optimization.
- Experience working with external service providers is a plus.
- Can-do attitude and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
