The Regional CRM Manager leads the strategy and execution of user communication efforts, focusing on enhancing engagement, retention, and loyalty. You will create and optimize communications for regional and country-specific campaigns, using strategic thinking, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional user experiences and achieve business goals. Additionally, you will manage the region's marketing channel inventory, ensuring optimal use of channels for partner and vertical campaigns to drive meaningful outcomes while maintaining a great user experience.
What you'll be doing
- Own and lead the regional user communication plan, including managing communication inventory across email and push messaging channels.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of both global programs and localized sends to our user base, ensuring alignment and consistency.
- Oversee the execution of the communication plan, analyze results, and monitor opt-out rates, taking action where necessary.
- Lead and manage the regional CRM team, setting clear goals, tracking performance, and providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate closely with the global marketing automation team to optimize the end-to-end user journey.
- Maintain an organized and transparent communication plan overview, ensuring it is accessible to both regional and global stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, encouraging the trial and iteration of new initiatives to continuously improve value creation.
- Work closely with the Consumer Business and other teams to identify growth opportunities and gather insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure regional strategies align with global standards, driving cohesion and consistency across efforts.
Qualifications:
- You bring 4+ years of experience in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing, retention marketing, or digital marketing/analytics, particularly with email marketing, mobile marketing, and other owned channels.
- You have hands-on experience with marketing automation tools or email marketing platforms (such as Emarsys, Iterable, Sailthru, Salesforce, or Marketing Cloud) to personalize user journeys.
- You’ve successfully managed complex, localized, and regional marketing projects, coordinating with diverse international partners to ensure smooth execution.
- You have a proven ability to collaborate with technical and business teams across different countries and time zones.
- You are skilled in utilizing marketing and product analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions.
- You are familiar with project management tools (like Monday or similar) and can leverage them to optimize marketing operations and enhance team collaboration.
