Self Delivery Team is currently looking for our next colleague to join us on our mission to provide scalable software solutions to the delivery industry. We work directly with our customers and our partners so you will be part of building products that are used daily and add real value to our partners and customers.

What you will do
Help bringing the Self Delivery experience to a Woltgrade level of quality
Allow Self Delivery merchants to manage their fleet of couriers and optimize their deliveries
Build integration capabilities for Self Delivery merchants to manage their operations and coordinate between their existing systems
Work hands-on on our logistics services, powering deliveries all around the world.
What we expect from you
Experience working with both front and back-end technologies (Ideally Scala, Kotlin or JVM / React)
A real desire to work within a fluid team and be flexible with ambiguous requirements
A passion for expanding your horizons and working with new technologies
Interest in growing your Front-End skills and a desire to learn

Our team is heavily based in Helsinki but we are growing our Stockholm tech hub and therefore would prefer you were able to work from Sweden or Finland but we are open to everything and everyone!
To excel as a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll need several years of experience in back-end development, coupled with an understanding of front-end technologies. We leverage Kotlin, Python, and TypeScript (with React) for our development stack. Our infrastructure relies on MongoDB and PostgreSQL for databases, Git for version control, and Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
But there's more! We're looking for someone who takes ownership beyond the obvious, is motivated to learn new things and share knowledge and loves collaborating with different teams across the organization.

The compensation will be a negotiable combination of monthly pay and DoorDash RSUs. The latter makes it exceptionally easy to be excited about our company growing and doing well, as you’ll own a piece of the pie.
