Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. We have recently also started working with a wider variety of partners, such as grocery chains, retailers and online pharmacies. Wolt Drive is a delivery-as-a-service segment, which is fairly new to both Wolt and the Central European region, and serves as a perfect complement to our restaurant food operations - this would be a super exciting project to be a part of!
As a Drive Account Development Manager, you will act as a key communicator between our local team and sales partners in order to ensure the optimal success of Wolt and Wolt Drive.
What you’ll be doing
- Assisting with sales growth on Slovak as well as Czech markets with existing partners, and creating an environment where merchants and customers enjoy their experience with Wolt Drive
- Actively reaching out to potential new partners to help grow Wolt Drive’s partner base
- Handling Drive-related cases, including both manual setup and API integration, via online meetings, phone calls and other channels
- Assisting with onboarding, creating merchant admin panels and providing training.
- Collecting and transferring invoices from merchant admin panels to the accounting team
- Helping with implementation of new features
- Working with middleware partners (MWPs), including setup and monitoring
- Monitoring small- and medium-sized business venues, identifying and addressing dead or problematic venues, and other duties as required
- Occasionally traveling to Slovakia for F2F meetings with partners
Our humble expectations
- Prior experience in an e-commerce or customer service-focused role, with confidence in online video calls, phone communication as well as F2F meetings with partners
- Experience in account management or customer service is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills. You will be interacting with a wide range of people
- Structured, detailed, and service-oriented mentality
- Ability to take initiative and ability to get things done in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to occasionally travel to Slovakia
- Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English
