We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented CPG Partnerships Manager to join our team in Baku, Azerbaijan. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies, driving mutual growth and value creation through innovative collaboration.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute partnership strategies with major CPG brands to maximize revenue and customer engagement
- Conduct joint business planning with partners, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation
- Lead the commercialization of new advertising and promotional features on our platform
- Analyze market trends and leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with local teams and global ad operations to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives of partner companies
- Monitor partnership performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within the CPG sector
- Ensure partner satisfaction through excellent communication and relationship management
Our humble expectations
- Proven experience in global enterprise sales, account management, or partnership management, preferably in the CPG or e-commerce industry
- Strong understanding of the CPG industry, e-commerce platforms, and digital advertising landscape
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute data-driven business strategies
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving growth and delivering results in fast-paced environments
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages relevant to the region is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required for partnership management
- Familiarity with CRM systems and partnership management tools
