At Wolt, we’re expanding far beyond food and restaurants, and our Shopping team is leading this growth. From fashion and home to kids and toys, we work closely with retail partners to help them succeed on our platform and reach new customers every day.

As a Retail Development Associate, you’ll play a hands-on role in onboarding and supporting our SMB retail partners, while also working with venues that are part of larger enterprise groups. You’ll be a key point of contact for partners in their early journey on Wolt, helping them set up, learn the platform, and improve their day-to-day performance.


What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll support retail partners throughout their lifecycle on Wolt, with a strong focus on onboarding, education, and operational support.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Support the onboarding of new SMB retail partners onto the Wolt platform

  • Build, maintain, and update digital product catalogs to ensure accurate and appealing partner storefronts

  • Train partners on how to use the Wolt app and tools effectively

  • Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day partner questions and challenges, coordinating with internal teams when needed

  • Monitor key performance indicators and support partners in improving their results

  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure partner success and smooth execution


Our humble expectations

  • 1+ years of experience in account management, customer support, retail operations, or similar roles

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong interest in retail, ecommerce, and digital platforms

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a service-oriented mindset

  • Ability to multitask, learn new systems quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluency in Hebrew and English
