Our Sales teams create and build our relationships with merchants. Together, we’ve helped big brands, local stores and neighborhood restaurants do over €15 billion’s worth of business through our platform. As our new Account Manager you’ll support and develop retail partners, ensuring they are set up for success on the Wolt platform. You will play a key role in driving growth, improving performance, and strengthening relationships with our partners.
What you’ll be doing
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Train venues together with the Onboarding team, providing them with all the tools and information to start working as soon as possible
- Drive and manage month-over-month sales growth of current venues and improve performance by measuring KPIs, conducting analysis, and running frequent quality and satisfaction checks
- Own the partner’s assortment by suggesting which products should be listed initially and continuously working with partners to optimize items to improve customer conversion
- Work with partners to improve overall conversion rates by sharing tools and best practices to ensure success
- Gather feedback from partners and translate it into product, marketing, and operations improvements
- Act as a key communicator between operations and retail partners
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns with retail partners
Our humble expectations
- 4 to 6 years of success in account management or business development with clear commercial impact.
- Proven ownership of a small, high-value retail portfolio and a portfolio of initiatives, delivering results with minimal guidance.
- Advanced analytics in Looker or Power BI, plus strong spreadsheet skills, used to steer negotiations and campaigns.
- Skilled negotiator who drives adoption of solutions and crafts data-driven business cases.
- Excellent stakeholder management across HQ, regional and store levels, influencing without authority.
- Fluent in Albanian and English
