It has been agreed between the Parties that the following shall apply in the beginning of the employment and may be changed in the course of the employment relationship. The Company may assign also other duties and tasks for the Employee, and the Employee undertakes to perform all the duties and responsibilities to her/his best abilities, diligently and proactively.
The Onboarding Specialist works in close cooperation with the Partnership Managers as well as Restaurant and Retail Development teams to help our restaurant and retail partners maximize their opportunity for success.
What you’ll be doing
- Onboarding Excellence: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new restaurant and retail merchants across current and future NM cities as Wolt continues to expand.
- Driving Expansion Success: Spearhead the onboarding of high-quality new live venues during city expansions, ensuring rapid and efficient go-lives in new cities.
- Comprehensive Setup: Lead the creation and maintenance of merchant venue pages, including listing offers, product photo coverage, translations, and menu updates, ensuring all content meets Wolt’s brand standards.
- Quality Assurance: Guarantee that restaurant and retail Merchant Partners experience the highest Wolt-grade service standards throughout the onboarding process by proactively addressing their needs, monitoring their progress, and maintaining clear, supportive communication to set them up for long-term success.
- Merchant Partner Education: Educate merchants on using the Wolt Merchant App and Merchant Portal, enabling them to optimize their performance on the platform.
- Merchant Partner Post-Activation Success: Build strong partnerships by providing key performance insights, sharing best practices, and aligning them with Wolt’s service standards and guidelines.
- Operational Oversight: Manage internal administrative and operational systems, ensuring databases are accurate, efficient, and up to date.
- Team Support: Assist with team operations by creating and updating databases, managing communication, and driving process improvements.
Teamwork and ensuring Wolt’s operational excellence
- Work with a diverse team and liaise with the country team and the Merchant team to communicate any problems, bugs or other issues that may arise.
- Supporting other team members with their daily work. Teamwork is everyone’s priority.
- As one of the first employees in the team it is very important to be proactive and support other functions in the team as long as your own responsibilities are not sacrificed.
