What we do
As a Shift Manager your job is to make sure that the store runs smoothly. Day-to-day this means you will:
Manage the team's workload and wellbeing.
Arrange staff cover for busy periods or when someone falls ill.
Proactively predict and solve problems.
Keep feedback and communication flowing.
Supervise the team in Store Manager's absence.
Look for smart ways to improve efficient operations in the store.
