- Crafting Video and Motion Advertising Assets: Ideate, design, and produce innovative video and motion-based advertising materials that resonate with our brand identity and align with campaign goals.
- Collaborating on Video Advertising Campaigns: Working closely with in-house creatives, the Wolt Ads team, local marketing teams, and external agencies to develop and produce captivating video and motion-based advertising campaigns. Ensuring these campaigns drive engagement and meet objectives according to the provided brief.
- Developing Video Creatives: Specializing in editing video creatives for multiple digital advertising channels to ensure high engagement and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
- Adapting and Localizing Video Ad Materials: Tailoring video advertising materials to suit local markets, taking into account cultural nuances and language differences to maximize impact and relevance.
- Handling Requests from Local Teams: Responding to requests from local marketing and sales teams by localizing, resizing, and adapting video creatives to their specific needs.
- Analyzing and Optimizing Video Creatives: Using performance insights to refine and optimize video advertising creatives, ensuring the highest possible engagement and return on investment.
- Participating in Brand and Marketing Meetings: Actively participating in brand and marketing meetings, brainstorming sessions, reviews, workshops, and other video-related design practices to contribute to a collaborative creative process.
- Contributing to Process Development: Participating in the development of efficient ways of working specific to video and motion design to enhance team efficiency and well-being.
- 2+ years of motion design experience.
- Good communication skills and you are comfortable using English as the main language.
- Solid skills in Adobe CC (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro etc.).
- Solid motion & video design background.
- Knowledge of basic design composition, layout principles and rules of animation.
- Background in storytelling is a plus.
- You have a comprehensive visual portfolio including work examples for advertising.
- Commercial awareness, interest in current design and social media trends.
- Curiosity for latest technologies applicable to video.
- Ability to work independently - identifying innovative solutions, requiring little guidance.
- Good time-management skills. You are organized and know how to allocate your time efficiently.
- Creativity, proactivity, tons of initiatives.
- Ownership. You enjoy having responsibility and are able to ensure that the deliverables are in line with the briefing and the business needs.
- You are happy to learn new things and challenge yourself.
