Offer translation support as needed to enhance communication and remove barriers.
Drive Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing insights based on market trends, recruitment data, and best practices.
Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and align on recruitment goals.
Identify, collect and present data that proves impact of emerging talent initiatives, increasing stakeholder engagement and proving the influence of said programs.
Enhance Candidate Experience
Ensure every candidate, regardless of their background, has a positive, respectful, and supportive recruitment experience.
Promote inclusive hiring practices at every stage of the recruitment process.
Promote Diversity & Inclusion
Collaborate with internal teams, including Employer Branding, DEI, and Sustainability, to create impactful campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives that attract diverse talent pools.
Collaborate on Strategic Initiatives
Support strategic projects such as expanding campus hiring programs, organizing events, and scaling refugee hiring initiatives.
Support Talent Attraction Programs
Work closely with the Emerging Talent Program Lead to design and launch programs focused on attracting talent from underrepresented groups, such as refugees, students, and individuals with disabilities.
Build and Manage External Partnerships
