What you’ll be doing:
Identifying potential partnerships that are a great fit for Wolt in Hungary, negotiating and closing restaurant and retail partnership contracts in order to achieve individual sales targets.
Setting regional targets for the geographical area and managing the team performance with the help of the Merchant Sales Team Lead to make sure team target is achieved
Guiding your team members (subteam of approx. 3-5 people) and improve their performance through coaching and feedback, build development goals in align with recognition of good performance
Monitoring sales activity reports through CRM system and internal dashboards
Conducting interviews, driving outstanding candidate experience through every touch point in the recruiting process
Regular reporting and deep understanding of Excel, Ops Tools, CRM system,
Foster a positive and constructive culture in the sales team
Our humble expectations
Extensive experience in sales, at least 5 years experience in B2B and B2C field sales, business development or sales manager role with at least 1-3 years people management experience
Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Fluent in Hungarian and in English
Driving license
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Ability to understand and align with the needs and expectations of key stakeholders.
Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals that benefit both parties.
