The People Team at Wolt is a dynamic and strategic function, integrates HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Payroll across multiple countries. We serve as trusted advisors, working hand-in-hand with business leaders to design and implement a long-term people strategy that aligns with Wolt’s ambitious growth trajectory.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Senior People Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and executing a long-term people strategy that enhances leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and overall employee experience. You will be a strategic thought partner to our business leaders in the Marketing and Merchant organizations, ensuring that our people strategy aligns with our broader business objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and executing a long-term people strategy that supports Wolt’s scaling ambitions in collaboration with senior leaders in Global Marketing and Merchant functions.
- Shaping organizational design and workforce planning, ensuring teams are structured effectively to drive sustainable business growth and operational excellence.
- Guiding leadership teams through change management initiatives, fostering an adaptable and high-performing culture.
- Driving leadership and capability development by identifying key skill gaps, designing strategic learning interventions, and ensuring teams are equipped for future challenges.
- Enhancing our talent pipeline by working closely with Talent Acquisition and Development teams to ensure succession planning and leadership readiness.
- Leveraging data and people analytics to measure the impact of people initiatives, providing insights that drive continuous improvement and business impact.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders on complex people-related topics, including performance management, compensation strategies, and employment relations.
- Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, embedding these principles into our people strategy to create a more inclusive workplace.
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing between various teams within Wolt.
- Proactively addressing organizational challenges, designing and implementing tailored HR solutions to meet business needs.
Our humble expectations
- 10+ years of experience in strategic HR roles, with a track record of working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to build and execute long-term people strategies, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development to support scalable business growth.
- Strong experience in change management, with the ability to guide teams through transformation and evolving business needs.
- Demonstrated success in influencing and coaching senior leaders, with a consultative and strategic approach to HR partnership.
- Advanced knowledge of talent management practices, including leadership development, succession planning, and competency frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, using HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Proven experience managing complex employment relations matters, working closely with HR Legal and Compliance teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate across a global, matrixed organization.
- Advanced English fluency; additional languages are a plus.
