Role background

We need a Retail Onboarding Associate to support the onboarding and training of new retail partners and ensuring the best possible partnership. As a Retail Onboarding Associate you will act as a key communicator between our operations team and retail partners in order to ensure initial success and great start on our platform. This is an entry level role so attitude and enthusiasm will count for a lot more than experience!

What you'll be doing

• Onboarding retail venues into Wolt's platform including photography, menu
• Successfully onboarding venues onto the Wolt platform and ensuring a smooth, optimal process at all times. (incl. profile and item listings creation, photoshoots scheduling, gear shipments)
• Conducting online training sessions for our Partners, covering order flow, merchant app usage, best operational practices etc., to ensure their best possible start on our platform.
• Proactively helping our merchant partners improve their performance during their first weeks on the platform.
• Ensuring our menu platform is always up-to-date with text and visuals that reflect the Wolt brand.
• Assisting the team with urgent cases when needed.
• Other ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as they come up.

• Excellent interpersonal skills - you will be working with a lot of different people.
• Fluent in Polish & able to work in English.
• Structured, detailed and service-oriented.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Experience or strong interest in analytics.
• Experience within account management, customer support or administration.
• Self-starter and a passion for food.
• You are highly motivated and super enthusiastic!
