Role background

Reporting to the Retail Business Manager, the Retail Development Specialist (ReDS) supports and works in close cooperation with the Retail Development Manager to develop our retail partners, optimize venue performance on our platform and drive revenue growth.  

What you'll be doing

• Driving and managing month-over-month sales growth at entrusted venues by improving venue performance. This involves measuring critical KPIs, comprehensive analysis, and performing regular quality and satisfaction checks.
• Owning our entrusted partner’s product assortment. This includes suggesting which products should be initially listed and working with the partner to continually add/remove items to improve customer conversion.
• Working with our partners to improve their overall sales and conversion rates. We strive for our partners' success by sharing tools and best practices.
• Collecting feedback from our partners and translating it into improvements for product, marketing, and operations.
• Acting as a key communicator between our operations and retail partners.
• Working closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns together with retail partners.

• Proven experience in working with partner accounts or business development.
• Self-starter, reliable team player with the ability to deliver results on time and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Structured, detailed, and service-oriented.
• Strong analytical experience and specific knowledge of analytical dashboards such as Looker or Power BI.
• You have strong problem-solving skills with a bias for action and impact.
• You are a proactive individual - an independent thinker who can work with limited guidance but can deliver a successful outcome through grit and determination.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your tone to suit the audience.
• Fluent in the Russian and English. Kazakh is a plus.
