What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintain and manage the assortment of retail partners (especially big grocery chains), ensuring accuracy and alignment.

  • Build relationship between Wolt and our retail  partners through emails, phone calls and personal meetings

  • Looking after the portfolio’s performance, proactively checking e.g. rejection rates, basket size trends, offline times etc

  • Assisting retail  partners on how to increase their sales on Wolt

  • Assisting retail  partners to participate in campaigns: Free Delivery promotions, % off campaigns etc - whichever fits them the most

  • Being able to build export basic reports from Looker, using analytical skills and 

  • advanced Excel functions, and understanding of their correlation. 

  • Working closely with the marketing team on local and themed promotions

  • Recording and administrating campaigns in Monday.com and in our internal systems 

  • Assisting account managers on bigger projects

Our humble expectations

  • Great analytical skills and Excel knowledge.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills as you will be working with a lot of different people.

  • Being tech-savvy and a quick learner.

  • Fluent in Hungarian and a good communicator in English.

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment

  • Having a hospitality or retail experience is an advantage but not a must.
