This job is open to multiple locations - we are welcoming applications from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Greece, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

 

As a Training Team Lead, you will bridge the gap between our regional training strategy and hands-on training delivery. In this role, you’ll manage a team of Training Specialists, overseeing the rollout of training programs that meet both global and regional standards. You’ll play a vital role in enhancing the onboarding experience, supporting ongoing coaching, and ensuring the team’s effectiveness through data-driven insights and feedback loops. This is a dynamic role where leadership and a focus on continuous improvement are key.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and mentor Training Specialists within the region, fostering a supportive environment that encourages skill development and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Training Manager to align the team’s activities with the broader regional training goals and organizational standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback to ensure Training Specialists are equipped to meet the team’s objectives and grow professionally.

Training Program Execution:

  • Oversee the delivery of onboarding and ongoing training programs, ensuring all training content is up-to-date and aligned with global standards.
  • Partner with Training Specialists to ensure workshops and sessions are engaging and adapted to meet the diverse learning needs of Support Associates.
  • Implement and support coaching practices to help Specialists deliver impactful, real-time guidance to Support Associates.

KPI Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:

  • Track key training metrics and performance indicators, working closely with Training Specialists to continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Analyze team performance data to identify trends, address training gaps, and make data-driven adjustments to enhance the learning experience.
  • Provide regular updates to the Regional Training Manager on team performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for program adjustments.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Act as a key liaison between Training Specialists and the Regional Training Manager, ensuring that communication flows smoothly and team needs are addressed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Content and Quality, to ensure training initiatives align with operational goals and reflect up-to-date practices.
  • Gather and relay feedback from Training Specialists to influence the development of new content and improvements to existing programs.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Team Leadership in Training: Ability to lead a team, with a focus on coaching and supporting professional development.
  • Training Program Management: Skilled in managing and overseeing the implementation of training programs with attention to both global alignment and local relevance.
  • Performance Tracking & Analysis: Proficient in using KPIs and other performance metrics to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Instructional Design: Experience in supporting the development and adaptation of training content, with a solid grasp of adult learning principles.
  • Adaptable & Culturally Aware: Able to balance global objectives with regional needs, adapting training delivery to resonate locally.
  • Clear Communication: Strong communicator who can bridge the needs and goals of Training Specialists with those of the broader organization.
  • Problem-Solver: Proactive in identifying and addressing gaps in training, with a focus on creating practical, scalable solutions.
  • Collaborative: Works effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that training programs are aligned and beneficial across the board.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Takes responsibility for team success, continuously seeking to improve the team’s impact on Support Operations.
  • Result-Oriented Execution: Focused on achieving tangible results in training quality and Support Associate performance.
  • Feedback-Driven: Actively seeks and integrates feedback from team members and stakeholders to improve training programs and processes.
  • Language proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English and native proficiency in Greek, Georgian, Azerbaijani, Kazakh, Uzbek, or Russian.
