About the Role
As the Recruiting Coordinator Lead, you’ll lead a team of scheduling ninjas dedicated to providing exceptional support throughout the entire candidate journey. Your team is at the heart of the candidate experience at Wolt, managing everything from interview scheduling to communication with candidates. You’ll be the direct manager for our recruiting coordinators, ensuring they have the guidance, tools, and support needed to excel in their roles.
Reporting directly to our Head of Recruiting Operations and working alongside our other RC Lead, you’ll collaborate closely to drive alignment and ensure a unified approach to coordination. In this role, you’ll also work with our Talent Acquisition (TA) leads, building strong stakeholder relationships to understand upcoming hiring needs, identify sprint timelines, and tackle roles requiring extra coordination support. You’ll be pivotal in aligning with TA goals, optimizing processes, and ensuring the candidate experience remains top-notch.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading & Managing: Serve as the direct report and mentor for a team of Recruiting Coordinators, guiding them in delivering an excellent candidate experience and supporting their development.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with TA leads to stay informed about upcoming hiring sprints and roles that need extra scheduling support, ensuring alignment and smooth coordination.
Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in our coordination processes and work closely with your team to implement efficient, candidate-centric solutions.
Championing Candidate Experience: Keep a pulse on the candidate journey, striving to make every touchpoint—from initial outreach to the final interview—a seamless, positive experience.
Our humble expectations
Leadership Experience: Previous experience managing or mentoring a team, ideally within a fast-paced recruiting or scheduling environment.
Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to build productive partnerships with TA leads and other stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: You can juggle multiple tasks and projects while keeping a close eye on details, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Process Improvement Mindset: You’re always looking for ways to improve, streamline, and enhance processes for candidates and team members alike.
