As the People Services Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and efficiency within Global HR and People Services. Your responsibilities will include HR project management for global HR processes, coordinating Global HR and People process implementation in new expansion countries, and identifying and prioritizing automation and improvement opportunities. You will ensure the Tier 1 People Services team is prepared for new processes and act as a change management partner to facilitate smooth transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement and Automation

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement opportunities for global HR services process improvements.

  • Drive operational excellence through the development and implementation of automation and technology solutions.

  • Develop and execute an AI strategy for People Services in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain a process improvement backlog, prioritize development items, and manage implementations.

  • Create and update training and enablement materials based on common questions and feedback.

HR Project Management:

  • Lead HR projects focused on operational efficiency and process improvement within People Services.

  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to document and adopt best practices for HR programs.

  • Act as a change management partner for new and updated processes impacting People Services.

  • Support ad hoc projects, such as defining the People Services Team OKRs or the Annual Performance Cycle.

  • Manage requests for People Services Tier 1 service catalog expansion, including discovery, design, and implementation.

Expansion Project Coordination:

  • Collaborate with relevant Expansion and business teams to ensure successful launches of new Wolt countries from a People Services perspective.

  • Develop and coordinate People processes for new country expansions.

  • Ensure Tier 1 People Services team and local Tier 2 teams are trained and prepared for new country implementations.

  • Create and maintain best practices project plans and checklists for enabling People processes in new expansion countries.

  • Facilitate the smooth handover of expansion country services to the relevant teams.

Team Training and Readiness:

  • Coordinate training and onboarding plans for the Tier 1 People Services team to ensure readiness for new processes and country expansions.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, canned responses, and other resources for the People Services team.

  • Support the People Services team with resources, training, and documentation to ensure continuity and consistency in service delivery.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with the Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager to ensure alignment on compliance-related aspects of People processes.

  • Collaborate with People teams, Regional HR teams, and other stakeholders on process improvements and HR project management.

  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure comprehensive understanding and alignment with People Services objectives.

Our humble expectations

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR project management, process improvement, or a related field.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in integrated management software systems (e.g., ERP systems).

  • Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of managing projects across diverse functional areas.

  • Experience with change management and training coordination is preferred.
